Fill out this mail order form, print it out and send it with you slides for scanning. This form is for mounted slides only. If you have unmounted slides (strips of film) please refer to our negative film scan page for prices (much cheaper). If you have professional 120 E6 transparency slide film (mounted or unmounted please contact us for a quote.
High resolution, standard resolution and Tiff scanning are all available. See our main Slide Scanning page for a full explanation of resolution and the slide scanning process. Your slides will be scanned to CD or DVD, depending on quantity.

When we receive you slide scanning order, we will call you, confirm any instructions and take payment by credit card over the phone. You can also pay by cheque. We charge 10% for postage and packing.
